It’s really a surprise (good) to us that we found really decent authentic food at Mph‘s Hi Dam Bar & Grill in Grand Coulee while almost every friend told me the best America food is in Grand Coulee (we tried 2 restaurants with 4.5+ rate, neither impressed us). Now, I’ll have to disagree with them. The most precious matter we enjoyed is the detail attention the chef dedicated to the food.
Excellent food! Very authentic and diverse. One big caveat though, some dishes are very very very salty - I would recommend to indicate this so that customers can decide upfront on whether to choose them (similar to spicy level). Another comment - if you are using MSG in the dishes it is the right thing to mention it, so that people can avoid if they don’t want to have MSG reaction. Based on my last order, I would have really liked to know these things in advance before ordering.
The food here is absolutely delicious! My friend and I were so happy from the meal. Get the crispy shredded sesame beef and fried rice, both outstanding. The pan fried veggie dumplings were so good too. Everything we ordered was excellent and this is coming from a America person! Very nice staff and customer service. Definitely coming back asap!
